  Went in to look at some 20mm plugs, bought a steel "Wheel" plug. The quality of the product is exceptional, and came with alcohol skin cleaner to prep for your new jewellery.
  The shop is clean and there are so many products to choose from.
  To top it off, the staff are friendly and helpful and are happy to chat and answer questions if required.

  pierced my 2nd lobes with a gun even after i told them not to - this has lead to a whole lot of pain and a tripled healing time for what should have been an easy piercing. when showing me how to clean them he knocked the jewellery out of the fresh piercing and onto the floor, then proceeded to put new jewellery in by hand (excruciatingly painful). i've had multiple cartilage piercings done at off ya tree and they were so much better and cheaper. charged me an additional $20 on top of the price i was told because of the extra jewellery that he used after HE knocked out the first one. terrible customer service, price and piercing!
